New tourism strategy of Trabocchi coast through the creation of a sustainable transport network: la green mobility.
The initiative aims to organize the territory for a sustainable use of the sea and in particular to go to sea without a car (or restrict the use), also in combined form: train, buses and bikes; or reach the Trabocchi Coast hinterland by municipalities with a dedicated bike-bus service (buses with bike racks).
The sevizio will run from 15 July to 15 September.
There will be a system of products and services tailored, integrated, digital and sustainable, to reach both the seaside and inland is by networking all the stations of the Costa Trabocchi, with Francavilla, Pescara, Montesilvano, Pineto Tortoreto.
The Via Verde-Trabocchi Coast through nine municipalities of the coast (Francavilla al Mare, Ortona, San Vito Chietino, Rocca San Giovanni, Fossacesia, di Sangro turin, Casalbordino, Vasto and San Salvo), touching landscapes of the Regional Natural Reserve Punta Aderci, and places like the Aragonese Castle of Ortona, the Abbey of San Giovanni in Venere in Fossacesia or other reserves and villages. Through the Green Mobility project it is possible to combine the beauty of this area Main Hub, the Pescara station, so as to keep them together and usable with all the Abruzzo coast in single path traveled by bicycle or on foot.
